Sealing and Fastening Components
PLUGs are used extensively in the XCMG Main Valve. They are essential for closing off openings, preventing fluid leakage, and maintaining the integrity of the hydraulic circuit. Multiple O – RINGs are also present. These rubber seals are placed strategically to ensure air – tight and leak – proof connections between different parts of the valve. The HEADLOCK BOLT SCREW, HEX S.H. C provides a secure fastening mechanism, keeping various components firmly in place, thus enhancing the valve’s stability during operation.
Spool Components
The valve is equipped with a diverse range of spools. The Travel Valve Spool (SPOOL, TRAVEL) is responsible for controlling the movement of the machinery during travel. Special Function Spools
The BY – PASS SHUT – OFF VALVE SPOOL (BYPASS – CUT) is used to control the bypass flow of hydraulic fluid, allowing for efficient energy management and system protection. The ROTORIZATION PRIORITY VALVE SPOOL (SWINGING PRIORITY) gives priority to the swinging function, ensuring that it operates smoothly even under complex working conditions.
Springs and Casing
