Product Feature Of XCMG QY70K Truck Crane

Features a full-size flat-top cab; equipped with a full-coverage walkway; features dual H-type outriggers and a fifth outrigger; the boom offers 360° full rotation; the powertrain offers a variety of configuration options.
The boom length is among the longest in its class. It features a five-section elliptical-section boom, combined with specialized sliders, guide mechanisms, and high-strength steel plates, ensuring smooth extension and retraction, reliable guidance, low dead weight, and high lifting capacity.
The two-section jib consists of one truss section and one box-section section.
Boom extension and retraction utilize a combination of dual cylinders and steel wire ropes. Key components (such as heavy-duty steel wire ropes and bearings) are all imported products, ensuring reliable performance.
Both the upper and lower chassis utilize hydraulic transmission. The speed of each mechanism is infinitely adjustable, ensuring smooth operation and ease of use.
The main and auxiliary winch systems can be configured with either a single-pump or dual-pump oil supply. High-efficiency variable-displacement motors are used, offering low-speed operation under heavy loads and high-speed operation under light loads.
The slewing system is equipped with a planetary gearbox and a normally closed brake, featuring a free-swing function. The straight-tooth slewing bearing is motor-driven, and the hydraulic system includes a buffer valve to ensure flexible slewing and reliable fine-motion control.
The counterweight is suspended high at the rear of the machine, providing ample space for slewing operations (standard 4-metric-ton counterweight; 1-metric-ton counterweight available as an option).
Equipped with comprehensive safety devices: a load moment indicator (LMI), hoist height limiter, outrigger locking mechanism, and electronic level; also features lighting equipment for nighttime operations.
The streamlined, integrated panoramic cab is equipped with air conditioning, a roll-up sunshade, and a shock-absorbing, adjustable seat, and features soundproofing and thermal insulation.
With a low center of gravity and excellent stability, the machine offers high travel speeds and strong maneuverability, facilitating quick movement between work sites.
Structural components are fabricated using superior welding techniques. Critical welds are performed by welding robots employing advanced processes to ensure reliable product quality.
