XCMG GR3005 Compact Motor Grader—China’s New Generation of Road Construction Equipment.

This motor grader is primarily used for ground leveling, trenching, slope grading, earthmoving, soil loosening, and snow removal on large-scale sites such as highways, airports, and farmland. It is an indispensable piece of construction machinery in fields such as national defense projects, mining construction, urban and rural road and water conservancy projects, and farmland improvement.

A friction-plate worm gear box with overload protection has been developed specifically for heavy-duty mining conditions. It features automatic slip protection to ensure the safety of both equipment and personnel.
The machine employs a load-sensing hydraulic system equipped with a variable-displacement piston pump and a load-sensing multi-way valve. To enhance operator comfort, the independent pilot electro-proportional valve, main directional control valve, and relief valve all utilize proportional control technology.
The service braking system features a dual-circuit hydraulic brake design.
The cab complies with ISO standards and is equipped with ROPS (Rollover Protection System) and FOPS (Falling Object Protection System) features; it is fitted with air conditioning, an adjustable suspension seat, windshield wipers, and defrost vents, significantly enhancing operator comfort.
The spacious cab features a three-dimensional air duct design, providing an excellent driving experience; an optional dual-lever control mode is available, which can reduce physical strain by approximately 80%.
