XDM80 light mining truck is a lightweight mechanical drive dump truck and is the world’s first truck that adopts technical advantages of the rigid dumper. It is built on the advantages of the rigid dump truck and it brings in the cost design concept of the wide body truck:
1. It adopts hydro-pneumatic suspension (HPS) system, front axle is McPherson independent suspension that improves frame stress and prolongs its life span.
2. It has a pure and reliable welded rigid frame; critical seams are full penetration weld, which is a reflection of the classic mining truck design concept.
3. It owns a fully hydraulic steering mechanism, and is equipped with an emergency steering function, with which, steering operation thus becomes safer and requires less effort.
4. The pneumatic pliers disc brake system is more stable and more reliable, and the structure is simple and convenient for maintenance.
5. The latest technology of ergonomics cab that has an LCD and CAN bus fault diagnosis system shows a higher level of intelligence.
