The second China International Import Expo, or CIIE, was held
in Shanghai,
with over 3,000 exhibitors from more than 150 countries and regions gathering together,
covering an area of 360,000 square meters

“XCMG will keep on going out and bringing in, and enhance its voice in the international market by importing advanced technologies and parts.” Wang Min, Chairman of XCMG mentioned in an interview by CCTV at the first CIIE in 2018.
XCMG, as a purchaser, has participated in the CIIE for two consecutive times.
During this CIIE,
XCMG will sign with internationally renowned suppliers
such as GE, Daimler and Kawasaki for deep cooperation.
With the expected amount of more than 100 million US dollars in purchasing,
XCMG will work with its partners to explore the global value chains
for win-win results.
“XCMG sincerely hopes to form a new relation of strategical cooperation with equipment manufacturers, research institutions and relevant enterprises at home and aboard.” Lu Chuan, President of XCMG Machinery, commented in an interview.
Opening-up for Cooperation, Innovation and Sharing

By extending its purchasing platform worldwide from 2010, XCMG has formed a global supply network based on purchasing centers at home and in Europe

· The domestic purchasing center is taken charge by XCMG Supply Company and its Bonded Function.
· XCMG Bonded and European Purchasing Center are responsible for global purchasing together. Imports mainly include high-end core parts from more than 20 countries and regions, including Europe, Japan, the USA and South Korea.
