Product Description of XCMG Diesel Tank

  • Monitoring and Protection
  • The LEVEL GAUGE is an essential part of the XCMG Diesel Tank. It allows operators to easily monitor the amount of diesel fuel remaining in the tank, ensuring timely refueling. The SHIELD PLATE provides protection to the tank from external impacts and damage. It is secured using BOLT M8×25 10.9 (Dacromet) BOLT along with GASKET 8 WASHER, which also helps in preventing leaks around the attachment points.
  • Access and Ventilation
  • The FUEL COVER COVER is used to seal the tank opening, protecting the fuel from contaminants. It has a proper sealing mechanism with the help of gaskets. The BREATHER AIR CLEANER is responsible for allowing air to enter and exit the tank as the fuel level changes, preventing pressure build – up. The ANTI – SKID PAPE on the top of the tank provides a safe surface for operators to stand on during maintenance or inspection.
  • Fuel Delivery
  • The DIESEL PIPE and DIESEL PIPE ASSEMBLY A FUEL PIPE are used to transfer diesel from the tank to the engine. They are connected using Fitting JOINT and FITTING ADAPTER, ensuring a secure and leak – free connection. The FUEL CLAMP and Throat Clamp CLAMP are used to fasten the pipes in place, preventing them from coming loose.
  • Valves and Sealing
  • The BALL VALVE DN15(3/8) VALVE and BALL VALVE DN15(1/2)VALVE are used to control the flow of diesel. They are equipped with appropriate gaskets such as GASKET 18 WASHER, GASKET 16 300HV (Dacromet) WASHER, and COMBINED GASKET 14 COMBINED WASHER to ensure a tight seal. The O – RING 165×5.3 O – RING is also used in some connections to prevent leakage.
  • Mounting and Assembly
  • The FLANGE COVER FLANGE COVER is used to cover flanges in the tank system, providing protection and a clean appearance. It is fastened using bolts like BOLT M14×1.5×26 BOLT, BOLT M10×25 BOLT, and BOLT M16×40 10.9 (Dacromet) BOLT. The ADJUSTMENT PAD WASHER and WASHER 22 WASHER are used for proper alignment and to distribute the load evenly. The CORE BOLT BOLT and other fasteners ensure the overall structural integrity of the diesel tank assembly.
