The XCMG Cab is a well – designed and feature – rich cabin for various heavy – duty machinery. It combines functionality, safety, and comfort to meet the diverse needs of operators.

Product Description of XCMG Cab

Cab Exterior Components
Sheet Metal Body: The cab’s sheet metal body provides a sturdy and protective structure. It is designed to withstand harsh working environments and protect the operator from external elements.
Glass Components: There are multiple glass parts in the cab. The right – side glass offers visibility on the right side. The skywindow glass at the top provides an upward view, and the rear window glass, left rear glass, and other glass components ensure all – around visibility. The skywindow is equipped with a hinge, a lock, a latch, a seal trim, and a gas spring (air spring) for smooth operation and proper sealing. There is also a sun – shading shade for the skywindow, along with a limit stopper to control its movement.
Air Vents and Seals: The new air vent has a lock and an outer panel cover. Rubber seal strips are used to ensure air – tightness and prevent dust and moisture from entering the cab.
Door and Sliding Window Components
Door Assembly: The door is a complex assembly with various parts. It has a sliding window sash curtain and a cartber rubber for smooth sliding. The front and rear glass of the sliding window are sealed with a sealing groove trim tank. There are locks for the sliding window. The door has an inner handle, a positioning locking hole pluggle, a locking cover, an inside opening handle, a locking holding part, a limiting stopper, a lock key, and an outer opening handle. The door glass has an inside catch rubber, and there is a limit lock latch and a hinge for proper operation. Seals are used around the door to prevent leaks.
Sliding Window Assembly: The sliding window assembly includes all the components related to the window’s movement and functionality, such as the glass, seals, and locks.
Window Frame and Related Components
Window Frame Structure: The window frame is supported by foam stripes (sponge stripes) and has glass installed. Seals are used to ensure proper insulation and prevent water and air leakage. Wind pulleys (glide wheels) assist in the smooth movement of the windows. Lower left and right brackets provide support.
Locking and Limiting Components: There are locks on the left and right sides of the front window, along with their respective covers. Plastic gravel stays are used for additional support. Limit stoppers, limitation stoppers, balancers, latches, and sliding glide wheels are all part of the window’s locking and movement control system.
Wiper, Lamp, and Other Exterior Accessories
Wiper Assembly: The wiper assembly consists of a wiper arm and a wiper blade. A limit bracket and a sprinkler nozzle are also part of this system, ensuring clear visibility during rainy or dirty conditions.
Safety and Lighting: There is a safety hammer and its mounting bracket for emergency use. Overhead lamp assembly provides interior lighting, and the antenna assembly is used for communication. The horn assembly alerts others in the vicinity. Holding rings (hoisting rings) with nylon mats and flat pad washers are used for lifting and securing purposes.
Water – related Components: A water kettle sprinkler, water hose, and its connection joint are used for cleaning the windshield. The water kettle has a mounting seat. Door bumper ball stoppers prevent damage when the door is opened. Threading hole plugs are used to seal holes, and there is a fire extinguisher with its bracket for safety.
Interior Components
Interior Trim: The sunroof interior, top interior, right and left rear pillar interiors, speaker hood interior, and various side – surround interiors create a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing environment. There are also access covers for the air conditioner and other components.
Functional Components: Teacup cup holders, front control boxes with defrost and blower air outlets, display panels, cigarette lighters, and other interior components add to the functionality of the cab. Rear enclosures with bellows and three – link structures are also part of the interior design. Screws, screw bucklehead seats, and covers are used for assembly and finishing.

Brackets and Holders: There are numerous brackets and holders such as the reversing mirror holder bracket, outer armrest stay, and mounting platforms (patch bays). These components ensure the proper installation and support of various parts within the cab.
