Recently, the departure ceremony of XCMG 700t hydraulic excavator with the reputation of “No. 1 Excavator of China” was held in the new intelligent manufacturing base of XCMG Mining Machinery.

Qi Jun, President of China Construction Machinery Association, Wang Min, Chairman and Party Secretary of XCMG, , Lu Chuan, President and Deputy Party Secretary of XCMG Machinery, Wu Jianglong, Vice President of XCMG Machinery, Li Zong, Vice General Manager of XCMG and General Manager of XCMG 700t Mining Machinery, Liu Jiansen, Vice President of XCMG Machinery and General Manager of XCMG Import and Export, Steve Chapman, Vice President of Cummins, Liu Xiaoxing, Vice President of Cummins and General Manager of Cummins Engine Business Division in China, Xiang Yongdong, General Manager of Cummins Power Generation Business Division in China, partners including media, executives at all levels of XCMG and employee representatives of XCMG 700t Mining Machinery, customer representatives of large open pit mines, a total of more than 1000 people gathered together to witness the historic moment of XCMG hydraulic excavator with the largest tonnage in China and representing the highest technology level of China’s high-end equipment departing to the mining area.

At the departure ceremony, Wang Min expressed heartfelt thanks to the leaders, partners and media for their guidance, concern and support to XCMG.

Wang Min commented that today’s departure of XCMG 700t hydraulic excavator would be a significant moment for XCMG mining machinery and complete sets of large-scale mining equipment. It took XCMG only ten years to develop excavators, including large-scale mining equipment. This is a miracle not only in the development history of mining machinery and excavators in China, but in the history of construction machinery in the world.

Meanwhile, Wang Min fully affirmed the modern factory building, intelligent production line, as well as momentum of all staff of XCMG 700t Mining Machinery. He encouraged the company to work hard, to keep promise and do the best, to concentrate on development with a thankful heart, to produce high quality products and to stay ahead of competitors.
