Hoses are essential for fluid transfer in the hydraulic system of the swing device. The HOSE and Steel Pipe HOSE are used to convey hydraulic fluids to different parts of the assembly. Hose – related fittings such as the HOSE FITTING JOINT, Fitting Body JOINT, Fuel Fitting Kit JOINT, Right – angle fitting assembly JOINT, and Over – wall fitting JOINT are crucial for connecting hoses securely and allowing for proper fluid flow. These joints ensure that the hydraulic system functions without leaks and with high efficiency. The Oil Cup – 2 NIPPLE is used for lubrication, providing the necessary oil to moving parts to reduce friction and wear.

Nuts and bolts are the backbone of the assembly’s structural integrity. The Nut M14 NUT and Function Nut NUT are used to secure components firmly in place. Bolts of different sizes, including BOLT M22×105, BOLT M22×80, BOLT M8×16 10.9 (Dacromet), BOLT M10×25, and BOLT M20×70, are strategically placed according to the design requirements. The Dacromet coating on some bolts enhances their corrosion resistance, making them suitable for long – term use in harsh working environments. Washers, such as Washers 22 (Dacromet), Washers 8, WASHER 10, and WASHER 20, are used to distribute the load of the bolts and nuts evenly, preventing damage to the connected parts and ensuring a stable connection.

The Slewing Support SWING BEARING is the heart of the swing device. It allows the upper structure of the excavator to rotate smoothly around the lower structure. The Seal for rotary support SEALEDSTRIP is crucial for preventing fluid leakage from the bearing area and keeping contaminants out. This helps to maintain the integrity of the bearing and prolong its service life.

Pins 20×45 PIN and PIN FITTING JOINT are used to create movable connections between different parts of the assembly, enabling the necessary articulation for the slewing motion. The Plate PLATE provides structural support and can serve as a mounting surface for other components. The Plug PLUG is used to close openings, preventing dirt and debris from entering the system. The Gland Clamp CLAMP is used to secure hoses and pipes in place, ensuring a tight and reliable connection.
