1. Any miscalculation and misjudgment on hoisting capacity may lead to accidents, therefore matters below should be taken into account:
Safety in Operation: Crane Operation Precautions
1) Please pay attention to the increase in luffing after the heavy object lifted off from the ground;
2) Hoisting capacity includes the weight of slings and riggings etc.;
Safety in Operation: Crane Operation Precautions
3) Hoisting capacity, boom length, luffing, and multiplying factor should be corresponded with each other;
4) Interpolation method should not be employed to calculate the hoisting capacity;

5) Hastiness in hoisting heavy objects with unknown weight may result in overturn of the crane. Any test of the object weight with the crane is prohibited;
6) Overloading is prohibited.

2. When hoisting the heavy object with two cranes, it is suggested to choose cranes with similar hoisting performance. During the hoisting process, it is recommended to give unified directions,
Coordinate the hosting actions, and distribute reasonably the load. Usually, the hoisted weight should not surpass 75% of the two cranes’ total permissible hoisting capacity in a specified working condition,
And the load on a single crane should not exceed 80% of the rated hoisting capacity. Moreover, a written plan should be prepared before hoisting.

3. All cranes should not be operated before the A-shaped frame has been fully raised and the anti-roll bar is activated.
