On August 31st, XCMG 2022 Global Service Event, with the slogan of “Premium Service, Together to Win”, has fully commenced, which accelerates XCMG’s joint efforts with global dealers and partners to build a premium service brand in the industry.
During the event, XCMG will visit 3,000 customers in more than 50 countries around the world with a total travel of over one million kilometers, providing customers with value-added services such as equipment inspection, operation guidance, and X-GSS overseas APP promotion, offering strong support to the service standard of “respond in 15 minutes, be on site in 24 hours, finish in 48 hours” to key markets.
It will build overseas training centers in more than 10 countries including Thailand and Indonesia, which serves to train thousands of service engineers and 10,000 operators for the local market.
At the opening ceremony, Mr. Wang Min, Chairman of XCMG, said that the global construction machinery market has entered an era of service competition.
