1. The XCA450 is suitable for a variety of typical applications, such as the installation of 120-metric-ton tunnel boring machines, lifting operations for high-rise buildings, construction of large-scale petrochemical and power plant projects, and maintenance of wind turbines with a capacity of 1.5 MW or less.
2. The counterweights support disorganized assembly and feature dual hydraulic and mechanical locking mechanisms for protection; when used with specialized lifting attachments, they enable wireless remote control operation.
3. The steering system employs a center-mounted configuration optimized for heavy-duty applications, effectively preventing mechanical damage that could result from the drive axle becoming suspended on rough terrain.
4. Elevation angle compensation technology is applied; during hook lifting and lowering, adjusting the boom’s elevation angle compensates for changes in hook height caused by boom deflection.
5. The system features real-time outrigger pressure monitoring. When operational stability is insufficient or actual outrigger pressure exceeds the set range, the system issues an emergency alarm to prevent overturning accidents.
