Utilizing integral spray quenching heat treatment, the product’s flatness control surpasses that of domestic competitors. It features uniform cross-sectional hardness, excellent mechanical properties, and superior wear resistance;
Heavy-duty mining track plates employ a “double-tooth” design and beveled ends, which not only effectively enhance track traction but also prevent bolt loosening and breakage caused by lateral compression during machine turns.
