RP403 Paver
This machine features a compact design with a body width of just 1.8 meters. It can be equipped with an optional width-limiting device, and its minimum paving width is 0.8 meters, making it suitable for maintenance paving in milled “grooves.” It utilizes independent hydraulic drive and tracked propulsion. The machine is equipped with a water-cooled turbocharged diesel engine (75 kW at 2,000 rpm), a high-power three-phase generator, and a generator management system; the generator utilizes independent drive technology. The hydraulic system employs dual-side load-sensing control technology. The hopper can be folded independently and features a reciprocating swing function. The electronic control system utilizes a CAN bus technology platform and a networked control system based on CPU control technology, and is equipped with an automatic leveling device.
