  • As an extremely representative area along the “Belt and Road”,the Middle East has always been a  strategic market of XCMG. At the beginning of this year, Wang Min, Chairman of XCMG, led a delegation and paid visits to the Middle East countries, United Arab Emirates, 
  • Qatar, etc., visited leaders of China’s overseas embassies and consulates as well as  local governmental officials, and held nearly 10 customer communication conferences within 10 days. Chairman Wang Min’s tour in the Middle East is regarded as an important sign of practice by XCMG of China’s “Belt and Road” initiative.

  • XCMG’s Chairman Wang Min Attending Promotion Conference of XCMG’s Product in Middle EastRecently, XCMG “Belt and Road” Overseas Service Campaign campaign was carried out in six countries in the Middle East, namely the Middle East countries, UAE, Qatar, Oman, Saudi Arabia and Iraq respectively. 

  • Zhai Kun (Deputy General Manager of XCMG Import and Export Company), Tang Guang (Sales Direcotr of West Asia and North Africa Department of XCMG) and Deputy Sales Director of West Asia and North Africa Department of XCMG went to various countries, organizing and carrying out the activity. 

  • Later they visited customers throughout the Middle East, carrying out service activities and providing equipment maintenance services tailored for key customers in order to reward both old and new customers and further enhance their satisfaction. So far, the activity has kicked off throughout Middle East with the whole service campaign implemented campaign in up to 16 countries.

It intended to strengthen the establishment of its spare part system for overseas service. 
  • It put efforts mainly in three aspects, namely upgrading service system, improving spare part system and enhancing of training system, so as to improve continuously its layout of service spare part outlets and service training mode, and build a world-class Chinese brand.
