XCMG XGC88000 Crawler Crane Makes Outstanding Achievement Again in Quanzhou
On July 29, an XCMG XGC88000 crawler crane raised its boom into the sky at the Quanzhou-based Quangang District United Petrochemical New Chemical Equipment Project, and it would complete its 10th hoisting operation.
In the entire project, the XCMG XGC88000 crawler crane will adopt a 102-meter heavy-load boom and a 33-meter fixed jib to complete the hoisting operation in the same working condition without changing the working condition.
That will help greatly shorten the hoisting cycle.On the morning of July 29, the equipment officially commenced hoisting the first object, a 135-ton heat exchanger. After lifting the heat exchanger to a given height,
XGC88000 completed the slewing and luffing operation, and steadily mounted the heavy object in place. The entire hoisting process from lifting to mounting only lasted for one hour in total.

As at August 6, XGC88000 crawler crane has finished hoisting two heat exchangers of the same specification.
It is learned that in the project, 10 tower bodies, including two 876-ton washing towers and one above 1,700-ton washing tower, will be hoisted in total. In the following-up hoisting,
XCMG 4,000-ton crawler crane is bound to provide the Quanzhou-based petrochemical project with strong support by virtue of its safe, reliable, and high-efficiency performance.
That will add another impressive page to its glorious history as the world’s No. 1 crane.
