Recently the Inaugural Conference & 1st Shareholders’ Meeting of XCMG E-Commerce Inc. has been held in Xuzhou, Jiangsu. The company will play a significant role in exploring “internet +” for XCMG and speeding up the transformation and upgrading of international trade.

Liu Jiansen, shareholder representative, Assistant President of XCMG and Chairman of XCMG E-Commerce Inc., attended the conference and delivered a speech. At the conference, shareholders deliberated over the articles of incorporation and reached an agreement. Meanwhile, in accordance with the articles of incorporation, they elected directors and supervisors, and established the first board of directors and supervisors.
