This season, the participants will, for the first time, travel outside Xuzhou, visiting the largest leading platform for construction machinery industry in Asia – bauma China 2018. With the emphasis on professional development and the theme ‘Insiders,’ we are making a breakthrough to the program. After presenting the participants a behind-the-scenes look at the headquarters and the manufacturing base of XCMG, the apprentices will head to the biennial trade show to discover the Asia’s construction machinery industry at its finest.
To allow the five apprentices to gain more in-depth knowledge and inspiration about XCMG, they are going to take part in bauma China and tour at the trade fair to experience XCMG’s high-end manufacturing, innovative technology and entrepreneurial spirit comprehensively.
In addition to product showcase, with the focus on ‘Building with Advanced Technology,’ XCMG will hold conferences and forums regarding quality management models, intellectual manufacturing achievement, product promotion and strategic development of piling construction equipment. The group of apprentices will also give a presentation at the press conference on 29 November 2018, to share their feelings and experience of the apprentice program from their professional perspectives.
The integration of the apprentice program and bauma China shows that XCMG, as an industry pioneer focusing on innovation, does not solely produce high-end construction machinery equipment and components but also endeavor to build an industrial ecosystem that will benefit the parties in the construction machinery industry.
