The GR1605 is primarily used for large-scale ground leveling, trench excavation, slope grading, bulldozing, soil loosening, snow removal, and other operations on highways, airports, and farmland. This motor grader is an indispensable piece of construction equipment for projects such as national defense construction, mining, urban and rural road construction, water conservancy projects, and farmland reclamation.

Performance Features:

Equipped with a Cummins turbocharged diesel engine. It delivers high torque output, a high power reserve coefficient, and low fuel consumption. The engine’s variable power control technology ensures the machine operates within the optimal fuel consumption range, making it more energy-efficient.

The torque converter features a high torque ratio, high efficiency, and a wide range of efficient operation. When matched with the engine, it achieves superior combined operational performance. The transmission features 6 forward gears and 3 reverse gears, along with a neutral start protection function.

Electro-hydraulic control ensures smooth and effortless shifting. Shifts are shock-free, and the gear ratios are optimally distributed to meet a wide range of operational requirements.

The rear axle employs a balanced suspension system to ensure even weight distribution across all four wheels, maximizing traction. The rear axle’s main drive is equipped with a “no-slip” self-locking differential.

The front axle is a steering axle capable of swinging left and right. In addition to front-wheel steering, the vehicle features an articulated frame, which further reduces the turning radius.

The engine hood serves as a structural component and features an attractive design with a flip-up function; the dual doors on both sides are interchangeable, enhancing serviceability.
