Product Feature

Designed for heavy-duty mining operations, we have developed a friction-plate worm gear transmission with overload protection and automatic slip protection to ensure the safety of both equipment and personnel; the service braking system employs a dual-circuit hydraulic braking system.
To address harsh operating conditions, the cooling system underwent compatibility analysis, and flow field analysis of the engine compartment was conducted. Cooling vents were strategically positioned, gaps around the radiator were sealed, and an airflow “chimney effect” was created to effectively reduce hot air vortices.
The cab complies with ISO standards for ROPS (Rollover Protection System) and FOPS (Falling Object Protection System) safety requirements; it is equipped with air conditioning, an adjustable suspension seat, windshield wipers, and defrost vents, significantly enhancing operator comfort. It is powered by XCMG’s 350-horsepower GR3505 powertrain, specifically designed for mining motor graders.
