Monitoring and Protection
The LEVEL GAUGE is an essential part of the XCMG Diesel Tank. It allows operators to easily monitor the amount of diesel fuel remaining in the tank, ensuring timely refueling. The SHIELD PLATE provides protection to the tank from external impacts and damage. It is secured using BOLT M8×25 10.9 (Dacromet) BOLT along with GASKET 8 WASHER, which also helps in preventing leaks around the attachment points.
Access and Ventilation
The FUEL COVER COVER is used to seal the tank opening, protecting the fuel from contaminants. It has a proper sealing mechanism with the help of gaskets. The BREATHER AIR CLEANER is responsible for allowing air to enter and exit the tank as the fuel level changes, preventing pressure build – up. The ANTI – SKID PAPE on the top of the tank provides a safe surface for operators to stand on during maintenance or inspection.
Fuel Delivery
The DIESEL PIPE and DIESEL PIPE ASSEMBLY A FUEL PIPE are used to transfer diesel from the tank to the engine.
