It is reported recently that XCMG Railway Equip. signed the Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Beijing Wowjoint on behalf of Wowjoint Holdings for establishing alliance for developing both parties’ business and deeper cooperation in the field of construction machines in China and oversea market covering areas in Asia, North America and Europe.

“This agreement establishes strategic alliances globally and is a new milestone in the two parties’ business relations. It is clear that the close tie and efforts of two parties are bringing mutual benefit and win-win results”. Mr. Yue, CEO of XCMG Railway Equip., said on the signing ceremony of the Agreement.

With mutual integration of resources, the partnership between two sides will contribute to advancing XCMG’s engineering, marketing, rental services and subcontracting in the construction field of bridge and tunnel.

According to the terms of the Agreement, the two sides will make joint efforts to conduct technical development, manufacturing, investment and shareholding. Also XCMG will work with Wowjoint together for innovations for new products in bridge erecting, heavy lifting, tunnel working and special equipment servicing.

Under the agreement, a few of machine supply, joint bidding for supplying launching machines abroad and fabrication orders of the machine components were confirmed by two sides .
