Liu Jiansen, Vice President of XCMG Machinery and General Manager of XCMG Import and Export, Song Zhike, General Manager of XCMG Excavator BU, Yu Aijun, Party Secretary, Zhang Lei, Deputy General Manager 100 Excavators and Gao Ming, General Manager Assistant as well as more than 500 staff witnessed this launch.
“To better suit the local market, our engineers worked on the front line. It took them 2 years to finally build a premium model that is tailored to local applications. It is a most advanced product facing toward North American market 100 Excavators,” introduced Dong Yuzhong, Product Designer of XCMG Excavator Engineering Center.
The high-end products of XCMG for North American market apply high-pressure common-rail EFI Engine that meets the emission requirement of North America’s EPA Tier4F, and thus are able to have the best control of fuel injection. DPF+EGR system is added to effectively reduce the emissions of PM and NOx; meanwhile, the multifunctional machinery control system is equipped to realize 100 Excavators the convenient switch of multiple machines and tools, thus perfectly satisfying the market requirement for energy-efficient, environmental-friendly and all-in-one machines.
North America and other high-end markets are also featured with pursuing the maximized comfort and economy of the equipment. XCMG Excavator does an equally good job in this respect. The cab is qualified for professional certification which are not only equipped with seats whose height can be adjusted with the driver’s weight, but also high-power air conditioner with multi-duct stereo air supply system as well as advanced sound system. Their working devices apply copper-based ball mill bearing with a lubrication cycle of 200 hours. The super-long maintenance makes them both economical and convenient to use.
