

Recently, XCMG and Saud Bahwan Group, a local distributor in Oman, jointly launched a comprehensive upgrade project for Oman Spare Parts Center. After the upgrade, Oman Spare Parts Center will be able to meet the growing needs of customers, expand its influence in Oman and even to the whole Middle East region, and create favorable conditions for the launch of XCMG new generation ZD series products.
Since the second half of last year, XCMG and Saud Bahwan Group, a local distributor in Oman, have invested a great deal of manpower and material resources to upgrade the spare parts center in an all-round way. After completion, the new XCMG Oman Spare Parts Center covers a total area exceeding 8,000㎡, and is capable of storing spare parts with a gross value of more than 20 million US dollars, and carrying out repair and maintenance operations on over 10 XCMG Oman equipment at the same time.
Ever since 2011, XCMG has intensified its efforts to strengthen the construction of overseas spare parts network system. XCMG Oman East Africa Spare Parts Center, XCMG Mongolia Spare Parts Center and other large-scale spare parts centers have been built and put into use. The number of overseas service spare parts centers jointly built by XCMG and its distributors has reached 50. XCMG will continue to deeply explore the market of countries along the “Belt and Road” route, focus on the layout and construction of spare parts centers and the global call service center, and strive to provide a full range of all-weather and all-coverage service network for global customers, making the image of “made-in-China” famous for its worldwide reputation.
